Person preparing a laptop and notebook for a focused digital session

A comfortable session

Keep the focus on the ideas.

For the most comfortable viewing experience, ensure equipment is clean, correctly fitted and adjusted to suit the person using it.

  • Clean touchpoints before and between users with suitable equipment-safe materials.
  • Adjust the display position until text and visuals appear clear.
  • Secure straps or cables so they sit comfortably and do not distract from the experience.

Troubleshooting

Small fixes. Clear next steps.

The demonstration will not load. What should I check?

First confirm that the device is connected to Wi-Fi. Then close and reopen the demonstration. If the issue continues, restart the device and try again from the beginning.

The image is unclear or out of focus.

Adjust the device position slowly until the display is clear, then secure the fit. Make sure the lenses and any viewing surface are clean before trying again.

I cannot hear the audio.

Check that the volume is turned up and that any headphones are fully connected. If audio is routed through another device, select the preferred output in the device settings.

The controls are not responding.

Check that controllers are charged, switched on and paired with the device. Restarting the demonstration can restore a lost connection.

Can more than one person use the demonstration?

Yes. Prepare the equipment between users, reset the experience to its opening screen and allow each person time to adjust the fit and settings.
